About 95% of the country has been under some form of lockdown since mid-March, with governors issuing stay at home or shelter in place orders to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. While essential businesses like grocery stores and pharmacies have remained opened, restaurants, retail stores and others undoubtedly have been anxiously awaiting the day they can start getting back to business as usual.

If one employee is feeling burnout, it can affect an entire team, the customers and ultimately the business itself.
